    I've seen the stainless version used to cover handlebar wires on bikes and always thought it looked like a shower hose cable tied to the handlebars

    The stainless version used to be used to cover clutch and brake cables.

    You can see the two mounting points on the kit below.

    The two torx screws on the cylinder heads are used to support side mounted "Cow Bell" horns on some Sportster models.
