Would it be possible for you to post a photo with the rear lights on?

And this with indicator both shine through very well considering how dark they are when off.

Hi there, I have those front Chinese covers on too but I actually gave those a couple of light layers of HYCOTE too, I was so pleased with the effect I got on the rears!

The front ones were genuine Harley Davidson replacements and I'm thinking I may give them a coating too because they are a bit light.

The lenses on my Iron's front LED's are a bit light too, I might buy a pair of darker lenses.

Hi, as those are LEDs, you might find like my Forty Eight’s rear lights, you can’t split the unit open to separate the lens cover, & hence, we spray the rears. On the older Forty Eights our front units are simple bulb-type units and the cover lenses will separate and can be replaced with darker covers. So maybe take a look before buying tinted lenses at your units. The HD dealership ones are very expensive for what they are & so I recommend for a cheaper option you might like some Chinese ones. You get a set of four covers with orange bulbs included which I needed up front & all this for £16 delivered to the UK! I will say though that, the set I got only fit perfectly after I sawed one of the lugs off each replacement cover.

    Hi Steve,

My front LED units aren't sealed, they're not like the H-D rears. These turn signals are Chinese made but are excellent quality with gloss black aluminium bodies. They come with three pairs of lenses, amber, clear and red. The red lenses are for use as rears in the USA.

These turn signals are available on eBay for £26.08 a pair. The eBay item number is 192195806785.

I'd say they were prime candidates for a spray coat if you think they are too light.
