    Oxford Stormex cover

Recently moved house and no longer have a garage so bought an Oxford Stormex cover. So far so good. Covers my Heritage Softail Classic with the panniers on but backrest removed. Seems to be well made but time will tell I guess. The size I bought was Large. Cost around 60 quid. Just for information.

I've got one and whilst my bike is kept in an old outhouse, it is not heated. The cover still looks like new and keeps any moisture of the bike. A mate of mine uses them on his bikes which are kept outside. He's had no problems long term.

The problem we have is that we live in a two up two down cottage in deepest rural Lincolnshire where there is no driveway and no garage. Our only option is to park it in a shaded area under a Stormex cover and just hope for the best. I certainly do not like my Harley being in the garden but you know, needs must. I was really hoping that the cover is robust and reliable especially the stitching but I guess time will tell where that is concerned. What I really need now is some damn fine weather which today is just not going to happen as we are covered in snow.
