    New sporties for 2018

Sorry can't download the info, but just read on the American V hub, there are going to be 2 New sportster for this year. A 1200 Iron and a 48 special. Both are very chop like with apes and retro paint. Prices are around 9k ish.

Hi just been on the UK website and both bikes are being shown with short videos. They seem very seventies style with mini apes, sadly no 6th gear on the 1200 iron which would have been nice

That’s good news a 1200 iron would be nice , shame about no 6th gear though

There were rumours of a,1200 Iron . It's not what I was expecting. It's more chop than bobber, which definitely expands the sportster range. I dont believe I'm saying this, but I prefer the 48. For me it's the cooler of the 2 bikes.

1200 Iron... they've obviously realised everyone wants a more powerful Iron as its the best seller... both look nice

Think your right, and both bikes retain a cool factor. This could be a good move for harley in terms of new riders, established riders , which could equal big sales.

So the big question is, when do they arrive in the UK?

Oh that changes things, just looked on Harley Chester and Harley Preston's website and they're taking bookings for test rides. Just ordered a brochure. Loving the Iron 1200 mini apes, blacked out wheels and paint job. Looks very aggressive. Nice.
