    All the covers top of forks front and back wheel nuts we're made for me by a mate over the road from me he works has laser engineer cost me nothing he's also got a street bob did you put anything between the fork legs and covers been thinking about getting levers power coated your bike is looking great

    Thanks for your kind comments,

    It's good to have mates who are handy at making motorcycle parts, especially when they're free.

    I had the tubes cut slightly too short, so I put some 1mm thick black rubber 'U' section grommet strip around the bottom of the covers, and a 1mm thick piece of adhesive magnetic strip on the inside of the top of the tubes, this filled the gap between the fork legs and the covers. Later on I replaced the grommet strip and tape with 39mm i/d x 4mm thick black rubber 'O' rings top and bottom of the covers, these stop the covers from rattling about.
