Genuine H-D 3 in 1 rear lights on eBay.

If any forum member is looking for a pair of black 3 in 1 rear lights a fitted to late model Sportster and Dyna models, there are a pair for sale on eBay.

These have been removed from a brand new 2017 XL1200X (Forty-Eight). The asking price is £100 plus £3.40 postage. That's a lot cheaper than the recommended retail price. The eBay item number is :- 253272799373.
If your bike was originally fitted with incandescent bulb rear lights, you'll need to install an equaliser unit to keep the flash rate as stock.

The seller is in Stoke-on-Trent. See images.

I agree with you there Mark, looks like new cables and a soldering job for the buyer.

    Hello Cornish,

Did you replace the front indicators with led ones?

I bought these ones on eBay and installed them on my Iron 883. They're really good quality, with metal replicas of the stock H-D bodies, nice and bright too. They come with three pairs of lenses, amber, light smoked and red, the price was £27.50 per pair including postage.

It would be nice if you'd post a picture of your Street Bob after it's been blacked out.

    Cheers.

    Hi Cornish,

Your Street Bob is coming along nicely.

My first fork cap covers were made from black anodised camera lens caps, I later bought a pair of proper black caps for 39mm forks, I think the Street Bob has 49mm forks. I blacked out my upper fork legs with a pair of aluminium tubes which I bought already cut to length on eBay (£11), I had them both powder coated locally for £5.

You can see the resulting look of the tubes below.

You could get your brake and clutch levers powder coated and fit a pair of fork gaiters.
