Thanx man! Kind of still at the moment, to much other work. I am converting from belt to chain, got the sprocket kit but need a proper air impact wrench to get the damn pulley nut (1-7/8") off

I also bought a TIG so will build my own exhaust (at least try ).

TIG, very nice way to glue metal, I have a small MIG which I really must learn how to use one day.
Are you still on budget with this project or are you going to over spend ?

No, budget is going good, on the right side with a margin
Only thing is I discarded som parts I bought but that does not count (have to sell them later)

Update on build. Chain drive mounted (bought from LowBroCustoms USA) direct bolt on. Chain 320 (120 Links) from Custom-Chrome. Had to shorten the chain with 6 links. An old gasmask bag from Belgium army is going to be the batterycase

FYI, this bike is sold (when I got the Softail) in the state it was on the last pix above. However a good friend of me bought it and he is SLOWLY finishing it.

As you can see the Softail is pretty much the same style
