What do you use / recommend for getting the shine back to the top of the rocker boxes on my fat bob ?

    ^^

Dod's suggestion of Autosol is a great one, however if you want to cut back on the elbow grease combine it with a Dremel and polishing head on slow speed but mask up well and it'll be a 'Dod'dle! (Sorry Dod, couldn't resist!)

In response it's a bit of a bitch to get into all the parts that need cleaning so the dremmel idea is a good one and I guess you will be able to get in closer following the dremmel idea..

Thanks for the replies... I'll go with a Dremel and suitable extension attachment and post up few before and after pics in a few weeks

Got the Dremel and attachment - had a very quick (5 mins) go at polishing a bit after work today... Easy-peasy so am sure that when I get the chance to do it properly, the rocker boxes will come up as good as new
    Thanks for your input folks
