    Solid wheel recovery trial

This is a method to recover inner edge only (not outer polished rim) Remove wheel and ancillarys, 80Grade paper in direction of rotation to flatten surface, 240grade remove scratches 600 then 800 following use dry to see progress metal polish buff, T cut buff, window spay wipe, wax polish, This 1/2 of a wheel took 40 mins to get this! You can go further and brighter with higher sanding grades but this is a start on the right road. Recommend micro mesh fine tuning, autosol is good, Mothers products overrated brasso as good as that.IMG_0099.jpg

IMG_0101.jpgLeft wheel done previously polished more, Right wheel done today needs fine tuning with polish but as is loads better than before. The key to this is 80 grade rubbing down to give a machined start this was all done by hand and the wheels were far worse than original picture of not done 1/2 earlier. So done this because had nothing to loose and happy to say well pleased it works don't take that long, don't cost, looks much improved which is the goal.
